There are 35 million Americans who are 65 years or older. As many as 17 million of them have undiagnosed diabetes or pre-diabetes. Of those Americans that are diabetic, more than 225,000 annual deaths in the United States are diabetic related. LET’S BREAK THIS CYCLE! Working together we can take control of this chronic illness.
