Encore Presentation - Westobou Festival
An encore to last year's popular celebration of the Fiftieth Anniversary of the World Premiere of The Three Faces of Eve. The anniversary event will be marked by tours of the Miller, which is currently undergoing renovation, and a screening of the Academy Award © winning film at the Imperial. The Miller Theatre was the site of the September 18, 1957 World Premiere of The Three Faces of Eve-the only time that such an event has been held in the city of Augusta.
Tickets for this event, available through the Imperial Theatre box office (706-722-8341) or on-line are $15 each. The ticket price includes tours of the Miller, from 2:00 until 6:00, and the screening at the Imperial. Doors to the Imperial Theatre open at 7:00 p. m. A limited number of VIP tickets are also available at $50. VIP ticket includes preferred parking, reserved seating, and a VIP reception, in addition to the Miller Theater tour. Proceeds from this event will help restore the Imperial Theatre's original Wurlitzer pipe organ.
