Event Description

SORBA-CSRA chapter is sponsoring an IMBA Trail Building School Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Lake Thurmond Visitors Center from 9:00am till noon. The school will be taught by the IMBA Trail Care Crew. Trail building and maintenance will be discussed during the three hour classroom session.

There is no cost to attend but there is limited seating. Please RSVP to Paul Farrow at pfarrow@comcast.net.

You can also participate (at no cost) at the SORBA-CSRA chapter Bike Festival on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Deer Run picnic area located in Lake Springs Recreational Area at Lake Thurmond. There will be Giant demo bike rides from 11:00am till 4:00pm, group rides starting at 1:30pm, bike games and food after the rides.
