Event Description

Glazes of Glory 5k is a roadrace fundraiser by Augusta State Cross Country team that benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America as they grant wishes of terminally ill children.

The 5k will feature one lap around Augusta State campus, beginning in Parking lot #18, followed by the consumption of six doughnuts in the transition area, and another 1.55 mile lap (3.1mile total). There is no time limit for eating your half dozen of doughnuts, but the race does have a 2 hour time limit. Age group winners who have eaten their doughnuts and completed the 5k fastest will receive medals. Limited to the first 100 entrants.
