Rules: 1. No purchase necessary 2. Must be 18 years or older to win 3. Winners under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent to enter Rhinehart’s after 5pm. 4. How the contest works: A) One daily winner (Monday - Friday) will be chosen at random by CW Augusta (WAGT DT-2) and will receive a complimentary pair of coupons that are redeemable for twenty total dollars at any area Rhinehart’s Oyster Bar Restaurant and a complimentary admit two ticket to a specified movie release at the Regal 20 Augusta Exchange Theater, managed by Regal Entertainment Group. Movie passes are good as long as the specified movie release is showing at the theatre (no substitutions will be made). Movie ticket is valid Monday through Thursday (except Holidays). B) Odds of winning the tickets is completely random and subject to the volume of online entries received. C) Winner’s name & likeness may be used for publicity purposes without further compensation. D) Employees of CW Augusta (WAGT DT-2) and their families, its subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, its promotional agencies and all participating promotional partners are not eligible. E) Winners will be required to pick up their prizes at the CW Augusta (WAGT DT-2) Studios, 905 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30901 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday within SEVEN (7) days of winning notification. Winners will be required to show photo-i.d. to be awarded the prize. Winners limited to win once every thirty (30) days or once per featured movie. Any prizes not picked up within 30 calendar days of winning will be considered forfeited (this includes movie passes, Rhinehart’s certificates, and any other items promised in the prize package). Movie passes are only good as long as the featured movie is playing at the Regal 20 Augusta Exchange Theater on Agerton Lane in Augusta, GA. No substitutions will be made. Checking theater show times and availability is the responsibility of the winner. F) CW Augusta (WAGT DT-2) reserves the right to modify the rules of this contest at any time for any reason. G) Rhinehart’s Oyster Bar Restaurant & Regal Entertainment Group Theatre reserves the right to refuse service to any individuals by their own decision for any reason.
