Obama to visit Atlanta
ATLANTA (AP) - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama
plans to make a campaign stop in Atlanta on July 7. The Atlanta-Journal Constitution reports in Monday's edition that some details are still being worked out. But the paper reports the event will cost $2300 a person and would begin at 6 p.m. at a site on West Paces Ferry Road. It would be the Illinois senator's second visit to Georgia since he secured the Democratic nomination in early June. (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) |
