Animal Control in Aikin County has been notified about two horses being starved to death at a Beech Island address and have as yet done nothing to remedy the situation . The persons responsible for this tragedy have already killed three horses and buried them in their back yard . The two that are there now have no shelter from the cold , are standing in water , and are literally being starved to death . This is an emergency and should be handled immediately !!
