GQ: Will Interstate Construction End Before Masters Week?

The Masters Tournament is one month away, and that means bracing for heavy traffic.

Meredith from Aiken wants to know if road construction on Interstate 20 and Bobby Jones Expressway will be complete by Masters week.

A spokesman from the Georgia Department of Transportation says that project will not wrap up until July of 2010.

But during Master's week GDOT plans to suspend construction.

Workers will start back up when the tournament is complete.
The Masters Tournament runs April 7-13.

I think 16 year olds should have a right to drive under supervision.For example drive for one year with a license driver present.then a six month driving cerfew allowing daylight driving.
