Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension
Helps maintain adequtes amounts of minerals necessary for blood vessels

1. Grains 7 to 8 servings
2. Fruits and veggies 8 to 10 servings
3. Low fat dairy 2 to 3 servings
4. Less than 2 servings of lean meats
5. Nuts 4 to 5 times per week
