Biggest Loser trainer weighs in on the Loser's weight loss

Augusta, Ga.- It's the second week for the Biggest Loser's contestants, and recently they have done their first weigh-in since the beginning of the contest. Biggest Loser's trainer Barry Allison has the update.

Allison said he is seeing great improvements from the contestants.

One contestant has already lost up to 19 pounds.

Unfortunately, you cannot project the percentage of weight loss to the starting weight of an individual. Each person loses to proportion of calorie expenditure required by applying proper diet and correct level of exercise.

These contestants DESERVE THIS...and they are working, that is why they are losing...it take dedication and determination to lose weight, watch what you eat and WORKOUT...it doesn't matter...the smallest girl last year lost over 9lbs! Get your mind in the game and you will WIN
