Kristy Youngblood and one of the contestants from the red team stopped by NBC Augusta Morning News to talk about the team's progress.

Sue Ellen Florance from the red team said that she has lost over 20 pounds and looks forward to losing more.

Be sure to watch NBC Augusta Morning News at 11am on Tuesdays and Thursday's for a weekly follow up on the contestants.
