We've entered the fourth week of Augusta's Biggest Loser showdown!

Every Monday, we profile a contestant who is trying to
improve the way they eat, and sweat off a lot of pounds.

No doubt, Bronnie Spinks is driven to succeed.

"Pain is weakness leaving the body!"

Co-workers plastered those inspiring words on the door, of a woman who inspires them.

Jason Redman is Bronnie's boss at Wells Fargo, and he's noticed her drive to win.

"She's got the most experience, she's got the most knowledge and she's kind of the go-to person."

It's obvious Bronnie Spinks is a successful loan officer. Her office is covered with awards.

While she does very well in the business world, Spinks says, losing weight is a different story.

"It's just an addiction. It's no more different than alcoholism or someone on drugs. People, who are obese, we have an addiction. It's just more acceptable."

Yet, Bronnie doesn't want to accept being overweight. After reading books, using exercise DVD's and trying a number of fad diets, she's ready for some good old fashioned common sense.

"It's a perfect marriage. Exercise and eating right. They go together. You do both of them together, you're going to win."

Those who work with Bronnie, expect nothing less, since she's known for her love of competition.

Redman remembers this exchange.

"Okay, Bronnie, let's talk about your business plan. 'Well, it's simple.' Okay, what is it? 'I'm gonna beat everybody.'
And, I go, what do you mean? I'm a good producer.
'She said, oh, I'm gonna beat you, too.' "

Yet, Bronnie knows, this time, she can't do it alone.

She realizes, she's part of a team, and there is strength in numbers.

"They know the struggles I go through. It's amazing how the group atmosphere brings on a totally different aspect. I really don't think,
I KNOW I won't fail this time. I know it."

Bronnie says, so far, she's lost 15 pounds in her quest to be Augusta's Biggest Loser. Her goal is to lose 100 pounds.
