AUGUSTA, Ga. - With a little over two months into Augusta’s Biggest Losers contest, both teams are doing very well, but having great eating habits continues to be very important at this time.

Donna Plants and Rob Baker join us from PHC Weight Loss and Wellness Centers.

In this segment, we learn how to select the right food to fill you up.
