There are five perfect scores in this week's Restaurant Report Card.

In Columbia County, Dino's Chicago Express in Evans, Edmunds BBQ in Martinez and Red Oak Manor in Harlem all rolled in with a 100.

The two 100's in Aiken County are Papa John's Pizza and Subway both in Aiken.

Our lowest score this week was Formosa's II Chinese Restaurant in Martinez. They scored a 56.

Inspectors found mouse droppings in the prep area, food not kept at proper temperatures and employees weren’t wearing gloves.

Stevi B's in Martinez scored a 68.

Inspectors deducted points for food at improper temperatures, mold in the ice machine and found the prep area needed to be cleaned.

Domino's Pizza in Grovetown scored a 78.

Some of their violations include employees not wearing gloves, bug spray needed to be kept away from the prep area and there was no employee health policy present. That was a repeat violation.

There weren't any restaurants featured from Richmond County because their scores weren't available this week.

Keep in mind each report is based on the day the inspector visited the restaurant.
