Four restaurants received perfect scores in this week's Restaurant Report Card.

Jack's BBQ Buffet on Lumpkin Road in Richmond County racked up 100 points.

In Aiken County, both Subway on East Pine Log Road and Aiken Brewing Company on Laurens Street received 100’s.

Subway on Fury's Ferry Road in Columbia County also had a perfect inspection, scoring 100.

Now it's time for the three low scores of the week.

Pizza Hut on Washington Road in Martinez got a 65.

Cleaning was needed on all equipment, employees weren't wearing gloves and their inspection sheet must be posted where customers can see it.

Lotus on Columbia Road in Martinez received a 70.

This was a follow-up inspection but they still ended up on our lowest scores of the week.

Inspectors say the restaurant needs to get rid of any unused and broken equipment, food was not properly dated and food needs to be stored properly.

It's a 73 for Takosushi on Town Park Lane in Evans.

Points were taken off for employees not wearing gloves, food wasn't kept at proper temperatures and food needed to be stored properly.

Keep in mind that each score is based on the day the inspector visited the restaurant.
