This week’s Restaurant Report Card features P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, three perfect scores and a follow-up inspection.
Last week Pizza Hut on Washington Road in Martinez scored a 65.
On re-inspection they received a 90.
This week's three lowest scores are all in Columbia County.
Applebee's on Belair Road received a 74.
Inspectors took off points for employees not wearing gloves properly, floors also needed to be cleaned and the dishwasher machine was not at the proper temperature.
Red Robin on Washington Road scored a 76.
Inspectors found raw meats were not stored properly, water in the dishwasher needed to be at the proper temperature and food was not kept at proper temperatures.
It's also a 76 for Garlic Clove on Washington Road.
The restaurant got points taken off because employees were not wearing gloves, food was not kept at proper temperatures and employee drinks were on the prep table.
There are three perfect scores this week.
In Aiken County, both Pizza Hut on Martintown Road and Sonic Drive-In on Whiskey Road scored a 100.
Ginza on Washington Road in Evans also received a perfect score.
Richmond County did have inspections this week but none of its restaurants made the highest or lowest list.

Keep in mind that each score is based on the day the inspector went to that restaurant.
