AUGUSTA, Ga. – In this week’s Restaurant Report Card we featured Malibu Jack’s on Furys Ferry Road. We also had three perfect scores!

The week’s low scores: Happy China on Columbia Road in Columbia County scored a 67.

Inspectors found holes in walls that needed repairing, food not properly separated and protected and employees not properly washing their hands.

Inspectors gave Are U Hungry on Kissingbower Road in Augusta a 77.

Points were taken off for food not properly stored in cooler, flies in the food prep area and employees not wearing hair restraints.

Omakase Japanese Sushi and Grill on Washington Road in Augusta rolls scored an 87.

Some of the violations were food not properly stored or covered, food not properly dated and utensils weren't properly stored. T

We move on to the highest scores of the week with three 100’s.

In Aiken County, Little Howie's on Williamsburg Street in Aiken.

In Columbia County, there’s Ginza and Mi Rancho, both on Washington Road in Evans.

Keep in mind that each score is based on the day that health inspector went to the particular restaurant.

This week's scores are for April 20 through the 24.

They dont have "F's" They have A B C and a big U for Unacceptable. The inspectors dont give em anything. They earn what they get. They should be ready at all times.

You need to inspect, Goldtown in Grovetown and King's Buffet on Gordon Hwy. Holes in walls, dirty bathrooms,mice,food dried out and hard on buffet. Go see for yourself. These restaurants were good at one time.
