AUGUSTA, Ga. – This week’s Restaurant Report Card features Sweet Lou’s Crab Shack in downtown Augusta at 13th and Broad streets.

Highest scores of the week:

Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs at 2760 Tobacco Road in Augusta scored a 97.

It's a 91 for McDonald's at 1464 Walton Way in Augusta and Pizza Joint at 4301 Washington Road in Evans.

This week's lowest scores:

Pizza Hut at 2215 Tobacco Road in Augusta scored an 82.

Inspectors took points off for leftover food on pans, the walk-in cooler needed repairing and water in the dishwasher wasn't hot enough.

It's an 83 for Kinja Sushi Express on Shartom Drive in Augusta.

Inspectors found employees not wearing gloves, toxic materials not properly separated and employees’ hands not properly washed.

Finally it's an 85 for Huddle House on Wrightsboro Road in Grovetown.

This is also a follow-up inspection.

Three weeks ago we told you this Huddle House scored a 73.

We reported points were deducted for food not properly dated, but that was not one of the violations.

On the follow-up inspection points were taken off because the dishwasher needed to be serviced, inspectors found food in the reach-in cooler at improper temperatures and in-use utensils were not properly stored.

Please keep in mind that each score is based on the day the health inspector went to that particular restaurant.

Sweet Lou’s Crab Shack is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

This week's scores are for August 6-10.
