AIKEN, S.C. – This week’s Restaurant Report Card includes three perfect scores and showcases PRIME Steakhouse on the corner of Richland Avenue and Lauren’s Street in downtown Aiken.

It's a 77 for Subway on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta.

Inspectors deducted points for food kept at improper temperatures, the hand wash sink had no soap or paper towels and the restroom door didn't close properly.

Waffle House at 3411 Mike Padgett Highway in Augusta also scored a 77 on a follow-up inspection from last week.

The report shows food not properly stored in the cooler, food kept at improper temperatures and floors and walls needed repair.

Finally, inspectors gave Ci Ci's Pizza on Columbia Road in Martinez a 78.

Shelves needed cleaning, dishes needed cleaning and mold was in the ice machine.

The three highest scores this week are 100s.

They’re Quizno's on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta, Beef O'Brady's on East Gate Drive and Blimpie Subs and Salads on York Street both in Aiken.

We'd like for you to keep in mind, each score is based on the day the health inspector visited that restaurant.

This week's scores are for August 17 through the 21.
