AUGUSTA, Ga. - This week’s Restaurant Report Card includes a follow-up inspection and three perfect scores.

In Columbia County, Taco Bell at 3661 Washington Road in Martinez scored a 100.

In Aiken County, Bush's Seafood in Graniteville and Papa Russ' Bar-B-Cue Mobile Unit in Aiken both had perfect scores.

Now we have the lowest scores of the week.

It's an 80 for Baldino's Giant Jersey Subs on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta.

Inspectors found the can opener rusty and dirty, vents inside the walk-in cooler dirty and the storage shelves were rusty.

Inspectors gave McDonald's on 1902-A Whiskey Road in Aiken an 84.

Inspectors found chemicals stored with food, equipment on cook-line needed cleaning and damaged ceiling tiles needed replacing.

Carolina Bar-B-Que on Main Street in New Ellenton also scored an 84.

Points were deducted for potentially hazardous food not properly stored, potentially hazardous food not properly cooled and the restaurant had an improper washing station.

Last week we told you Shoney's on Whiskey Road in Aiken scored a 79.

On re-inspection they received a 98.

Scores are based on the day the health inspector went to that particular restaurant.

This week's scores are for August 31 - September 4.
