A broker has come up with a different approach to sell a house in Martinez and every second saves you money.
Most people hope to buy the house of their dreams, but it can come with a hefty price tag.
One real estate broker in the Augusta area has a deal you won't believe, the price gets better as the clock keeps ticking, For every hour the house stays on the market, $100 is knocked off the price.
It's a deal you normally wouldn't get. But Realtors say January and February are the slowest times of the year to sell.
"Mortgage lenders lower the interest rates and real estate companies get a little more creative about how they sell property," said Jim Bible, Real Estate Broker.
This house in the Heritage Hill Subdivision in Martinez comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a jacuzzi in the bathtub. There's also a bonus room, hardwood floors and a spacious living room.
"It's such a great buy. They'll take it. They'll improve it and enjoy it," said Bible.
Bible says buyers are getting more bang for their buck.
"The buyer's going to make a profit when they resell because they'll have built in equity when they buy. So they're getting a good deal," said Bible.
It's a home you can make yours and in this case time could be on your side.
Bible wouldn't tell us when he'll stop the clock, or in other words his lowest selling price. The Open house is going on 24-7.
The house is located at 233 Stonington Drive in Martinez.
