Arby's Buying Wendy's

(NBC)- The third time's the charm for Arby's, which is buying Wendy's.

The Wendy's board had rejected two previous offers from Arby's, before agreeing to the buyout.

The deal's worth more than two billion dollars.

The family of Wendy's late founder Dave Thomas fought the sale, and is said to be "devastated".

Analysts say customers and employees of both chains shouldn't notice any difference.
