Six Flags Over Georgia Reduces Prices For 2008

The cost of food and fuel is going up, but tickets for one major amusement park in Atlanta are going down.

Six Flags Over Georgia announced Tuesday they are cutting regular adult admission ticket price by $10.

That will take the price down to $39.99. This new price will be in effect for the rest of the 2008 season.

To all those that say the price is high. Don't go up north where the prices rang e from like $79.00-$85.00 just for a one day general addmission. Beside this is a great discount because their operation cost total into the $50,000 range every week, they still have to make something out of the deal. DONT BE FRUGAL!!!!

i agree the price is still way to high for people even with gas...especially if you have kids it totals up your bill at the end of the day...and then to have your food prices that high who on earth would like to pay about $4.00 for a bottle of water i mean if it is really hot i would not pay skip that i would rather drink from the sink..(sarcasticly speaking)thats just rediculous...i can stand paying adult ticket of around $29.00 or sumthin like dat but other n that why even bother...

Thats still to high with the price of gas. SixFlags is fun but who can afford would cost 100 in gas then 80 to get in plus you know how high food in there is wow in the end its a 250 dollar day for two people I can relax on the beach for that price.
