UPDATE: Man charged with stealing cemetery vases in south Augusta

A man has been charged with stealing thousands of dollars worth of vases from a south Augusta cemetery.

Carl Coleman was arrested Monday for stealing $7,000 worth of bronze vases from Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Coleman was caught when he returned to the cemetery to steal more vases. Investigators say Coleman had a duffle bag full of vases at the time of his arrest.

They should have followed him till he went to a recycler and then arrested them both!! I know its good to catch one, but it is much better to catch a big one.
