Update: Augusta man charged with murder in shooting

Investigators tell NBC Augusta a man from Martinez was killed at a house in Augusta.

The shooting happened early Sunday morning in the 2300 block of Gordon Highway.

Richmond County investigators say Terry Ramsey shot Richard Paprocki to death.

Ramsey is in the Richmond County Jail charged with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

According to investigators, Ramsey was at his home on Gordon Highway when he got into a dispute with Paprocki. There is no word right now on what that argument was about.

Investigators say Paprocki's body is scheduled for autopsy in Atlanta Monday morning.

There's only 10 Paprocki's listed in Georgia. None listed in the CSRA, although I realize he could be living in Martinez unlisted, so many people rely only on cellphones not tied to an address these days. Was just curious, since I used to know some Paprockis from another state.
