Richmond County investigators say they've arrested the woman who stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from J.C. Penny.

Investigators say Allison Lundy turned herself in Thursday.

Investigators say she filled a bag with 150 pieces of costume jewelry went to the bathroom to remove tags and then left the store.

The jewelry is valued at more than $4,000.
