Crime Alert: North Augusta Public Safety investigates an armed robbery

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.- North Augusta Public Safety is looking for a man that robbed the Express Check Monday afternoon.

Investigators say it happened on the 100 block of East Marion Street.

Deputies say a man walked into the store with a gun and demanded money. The robber left with the cash.

Blood hounds were sent out, but they did not find anything.

No one was hurt in the robbery.
