The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division tells NBC Augusta 26 News three additional victims have come forward claiming they were sexually abused by Stephen Eubanks.
Eubanks now faces an additional nine charges they include: two counts of Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor, Engaging a Child for Sexual Performance, two counts of Lewd Act Upon a Child Under Sixteen, and Kidnapping.
The three additional victims, two male and one female, called the SLED hotline which was set up in October after Eubanks was initially charged.
The alleged incidents happened in 1977 and in 1993, at the time the victims were 13 and 15 years old.
Eubanks is scheduled to be in court Tuesday afternoon. NBC Augusta 26 News will be there and bring you the latest at 6 p.m.
