Suspect arrested in Augusta home invasion

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Richmond County investigators tell NBC Augusta 26 News three men beat, tied up and robbed an elderly man at his home at 523 Fairhope Street in East Augusta Monday night.

Deputies arrested Ahijah Murray. He is charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary and theft by taking a motor vehicle.

Investigators say Murray and at least one other man broke into a man's home on Fairhope Street. They robbed the victim with a knife and tied him up with duct tape and left him in the bathtub before taking off in the victim's car.

Investigators found Murray around the victim's vehicle along with two other people, those two have been released. but investigators say they've not ruled them out as suspects.

If the authorities are the ones to blame, what about the parents of this person? Some people never get it, reguardless of what punishment their given.Who Fault is that?

This behavior starts when they are juveniles. I have no doubt he has been in trouble before and the authorities just slapped him on the hand. They get away with the little things first, and it just gets worse.
