Augusta area Republicans attend national convention

Republicans from the Augusta area have congregated in St. Paul, Minnesota, this week for the Republican National Convention.

Richmond County's Republican Party Chair, Sherry Barnes, says John McCain's son and U.S. Senator from Georgia, Saxby Chambliss were among the speakers Tuesday.

Columbia County's Republican Party Chair is also in Minnesota this week.
