Dozens of film directors flooded Augusta for the First Take Film festival.

It's the first of its kind in Augusta, but some say they're disappointed with the turnout. Only a handful of people showed up for the first showings Saturday morning.

At any rate, directors say they were happy to be invited and have
their work shown on the big screen.

"You get to get it off your computer and see it on the big screen and that is a big difference. Then you get feedback from these people not associated with your film at all," said Steven Edwards, a director.

The last film in that festival ends Sunday night at 9:30pm.
