GA man shoots neighbor then kills himself

LOGANVILLE, Ga. (AP) - A bizarre shooting in a Gwinnett County
neighborhood left one man dead and another seriously wounded.

Police are trying to determine what sparked Thursday's gun
violence near Loganville.

It all started around 1 p.m. when 54-year-old Charles Quinn
allegedly shot his next door neighbor while he was mowing his
grass.

Gwinnett County Police declined to the identify the victim, but
said the man was shot several times. He is expected to recover.

Quinn reportedly barricaded himself in his home where he was
found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Authorities have been unable to determine the motive.
