Early and advance voting dates for Georgia runoff

AUGUSTA, Ga.- Richmond County Board of Election officials say early voting for the December 2 runoff election will run from Friday, November 14 through Friday, November 21.

Early voting will take place from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Richmond County Municipal Building on Greene Street in downtown Augusta.

Advance voting throughout the state is November 24- November 26 from 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. In Richmond County, the Municipal Building, Henry Brigham Center on Golden Camp Road and Warren Road Center on Warren Road will be open for advance voting.

The highest profile of the statewide runoffs pits incumbent U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss, a Republican, against Democratic incumbent Jim Martin.
