By Ashley Campbell acampbell@nbcaugusta.com

The three lowest scores this week are from Columbia County.

China #1 on East Milledgeville Road in Harlem scored a 58!

Inspectors found mouse droppings on the floor, potentially hazardous food was not properly covered, and employees weren't wearing hats while in the kitchen.

Next up with a 66 is Lotus on Columbia Road in Martinez.

Points were taken off for food not being kept at the proper temperature, cutting boards need to be replace, and the restaurant must get rid of insects and rodents.

Our last low score...coming in with an 80 is Goolsby's on Washington Road in Evans.

Inspectors took off points because they used the same flour for raw meats, equipment needs to be cleaned properly, and employees must wear gloves.

We have four perfect scores to tell you about!

Papa John's and Sonic Drive In on Furys Ferry Road both racked up a 100!

In Aiken County Huddle House on Indian Trail Road in Batesburg and Domino's Pizza on Knox Avenue in North Augusta also came out with 100's.

NBC Augusta 26 News also has some follow-ups to tell you about this week.

Embers Grill recently scored a 77.

This week on re-inspection they received a 94.

This week they received an 89.

Stevie B's in Martinez scored a 92 upon re-inspection.

Keep in mind that each score is based on the day that inspector visited that particular restaurant.

In response to Heidi, from what I was told, a recent restaurant score should be visible at all times. Thanks for the comment. In response to Cindy Crawford, we are always looking for new restaurants and restaurants who have a variety of food that appeals to everyone. We also take these tough economic times into consideration. Thanks for your comments and if anyone has a restaurant they'd like to see featured, shoot me an email. Thanks for the support and keep watching! :)

This information is great. It definitely guides me as to where I want to eat. Additionally, I let my wife see it and the result is that she does not want to go out as much - saves me money.

I went to the Subway on Peach Orchard Rd. I asked to see the health rating report and they played dumd. They looked around for it and finally found it under the counter under a card-board box. It was on a plastic stand that should of been displayed but had not been. When I lloked it it the score was a 88 with a letter of B. That is probably why it was not displayed. When I asked why it was not properly displayed they just replied it must of fell. ???? As soon as I left they took it down.
