On Thursday, NBC Augusta Morning News talked to one of the trainers to check up on the losers.

Kristy Youngblood, the trainer from Omni says all the contestant are making big progress.

The Losers had a weigh-in Tuesday.

Kristy says she has seen improvements in almost all of the contestants.

Some of the contestants have already lost more than 20 pounds so far.
