Goody's liquidating its stores
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (NBC)- Time is running out to find "good stuff" at Goody's. The clothing outlet announced from its Knoxville, Tennessee headquarters it will liquidate it's remaining stores. Despite emerging from bankruptcy last October, Goody's was unable to restructure terns with creditors. This is the first big retailer to announce it's going under in 2009. Goody's has about 10,000 employees and 282 stores in the southeast.
