AUGUSTA, Ga. – This week’s Restaurant Report Card includes four perfect scores, one being a follow-up inspection. We also feature Casa Blanca on Broad Street in downtown Augusta.

Last week we told you O'Charley's on Aiken Lane in Aiken scored an 86.

This week it's a perfect score.

Some other 100's: Subway at 3446 Jefferson Davis Highway in Bath, Honey Baked Ham Company and Cafe on Whiskey Road in Aiken, and Almond Express on Deans Bridge Road in Augusta.

Now we move on to our lowest scores of the week.

It's an 80 for China Chef Chinese Restaurant on Laurens Street in Aiken.

Points were taken off for dirty cookware, food kept at improper temperatures and floors that needed cleaning.

Firehouse BBQ on Lumpkin Road in Augusta rolls in with an 81.

Some of their violations: Food kept at improper temperatures, dirty dishes and food not properly dated.

Finally, inspectors gave Mi Rancho at 3607 Richland Avenue in Aiken an 88 for food kept at improper temperatures, employee drinks on the prep table and mold in the ice machine.

Keep in mind that each score is based on the day the inspector went to that particular restaurant.

This week's scores are for June 8-12.
