Son of Wadley woman beaten to death released from jail

WADLEY, Ga. - NBC Augusta 26 News has learned Janice Williams' son, Eddie Williams, is no longer being questioned by investigators.

Jefferson County deputies are still searching near Williams' home for a possible murder weapon.

Williams was found badly beaten in her home on Tuesday. She died later from her injuries.
