AIKEN, S.C. – This week’s Restaurant Report Card showcases food at the Western Carolina State Fair.

The lowest scores of the week are all out of Richmond County.

Yo Pizza on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta comes in with an 80.

Inspectors deducted points for dirty pizza trays, build up forming in the ice machines and potentially hazardous food not properly dated.

It's also an 80 for Sub Station II on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta.

Inspectors found raw hamburger meat stored over ready to eat food, roast beef kept at improper temperatures and containers were old, stained and cracked.

Health inspectors gave The Chop House on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta an 82.

Some of their violations - employees handling food with bare hands, food not properly covered and dishes not washed thoroughly.

Our three highest scores of the week are all out of Aiken County.

It's a 100 for Teresa's Mexican Restaurant in Aiken.

F & L Restaurant on Main Street in New Ellenton and Waffle House at 2676 Columbia Highway in Aiken both scored 99s.

Keep in mind each score is based on the day the health inspector visit that particular restaurant.

This week's scores are for October 12 - 16.
