White's Building up for auction Tuesday

AUGUSTA, Ga. - A historic landmark is up for auction Tuesday.

The White's Building will be sold at 10 a.m. at the Augusta Municipal Building.

Margaret Woodard, with the Downtown Development Authority, says there's been interest from three people.

Right now, ten people own condos in the building and seven people are renting.

We're told those condos are not subject to foreclosure.

There are 51 total units.
