AUGUSTA, Ga. – James “Butch” Palmer will be in court Friday. He plans to deny accusations he pointed his gun at another man.
Palmer’s Lawyer Joseph Neal says Palmer had the gun on his porch, but did not point it at the man.
Neal says, the man accusing Palmer, Elliot Davis is a three time convicted cocaine dealer. He plans to present the evidence during tomorrow’s hearing.
Davis claims Palmer pointed a gun at him for driving by Palmer's house with his music playing too loudly.
The hearing will take place in Richmond County Civil Court at 9 a.m. Friday.
