Man already in jail for sex crimes now charged with another in Columbia County

APPLING, Ga. - A man already in jail for sex crimes is now charged with another.

A Columbia County grand jury indicted David Pinkston for indecent exposure.

He's accused of masturbating in front of a woman at the Columbia County Library in February 2009.

Pinkston is currently serving time in the Richmond County jail for public indeceny. He pleaded guilty to masturbating in front of a woman at Books-A-Million in September 2008.

He was also convicted for similar crimes in 2009 at Borders bookstore and Diamond Lakes Library.
