The USDA has expanded on the popular "my-pyramid" nutrition guide to include pregnant and nursing women.
Users are asked to provide basic information, then the program then creates a personalized nutrition plan.
Women learn how much of a their daily food intake should come from grains, fruit, vegetables, milk and meat.
Experts say all pregnant and breast feeding women should see a doctor first -- they can use this plan along with recommendations made by their OBGYN.
