Augusta Nursing Home One Of The Worst In The Country, Federal List Says

An Augusta nursing home is topping the list as one of the worst facilities in the country.

The Place at Augusta nursing home made the list for not meeting the required standards when it comes to accident prevention and daily upkeep.

The list is provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

New management took over the Steven's Creek Road facility a year ago.

More than 50 nursing homes made the federal list.
