Shepeard Community Blood Center says Augusta hospitals desperately need types B and O blood.

The blood center is hosting a B.Y.O.B. party, meaning bring your O or B blood type.

If you donate between April 23 and 26t you will receive a gift from Bi-Lo, Books-A-Million, O'Charley's or Outback Steakhouse.
