South Carolina Bill Allows Motorcyclists To Run Some Red Lights
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP)- South Carolina motorcyclists would be able to run some red lights under a measure heading to the governor's desk. The Senate and House agreed Thursday on a bill allowing motorcyclists, mo-ped drivers and bicyclists to go through a stop The bill is being ratified and will be sent to Gov. Mark Sanford. Sanford spokesman Joel Sawyer said the governor hasn't reviewed the legislation. He says it would be a challenge to enforce.
