Investigators Search Betty Neumar's Home For Evidence

Investigators searched Betty Neumar's West Augusta home Friday night for evidence about her most recent husband's death.

Neumar is charged with hiring someone to kill her former husband, Thomas Gentry, more than 20 years ago in North Carolina.

Richmond County deputies tell NBC Augusta they searched Neumar's home for any evidence of foul play involving the death of John Neumar.

John Neumar died in October. Investigators removed several items from the home including John Neumar's cremated remains.

Betty Neumar is in the Richmond County Jail waiting to be extradited back to North Carolina.

I'm a relative of Harold Gentrys and have known along with other family members, that she WAS the cause of his death. Aunt B (as we called her) had made an offer of a new R.V. to a former member of law enforcement to do away with Harold prior to his actual death. It's FREEKING obvious they finally arrested the right person after all these years. Harold is doing a jig in Heaven today !!!

Commenting on "Not in your town" unless you know more than what you read in the media stay out of it. Of course there is a lot more to the death of my uncle than the news has reported, and i agree that the media has a tendency to do things only for air time but your comments are any better than theirs. So at least respect the family memebers that have had a loss and how they have felt all these years.
