Trial date set for Allendale man accused of killing his girlfriend

An Allendale man charged with his girlfriend's murder is expected to go to trial in October.

Derek Maner is accused of killing Ericka Bradley in November of 2006.

He was arrested in April.

A second suspect in the case, Jonathan Lee Capps, was arrested in May.

Authorities say Capps burned Ericka's body in an incinerator where he worked.

No trail date has been set for Capps.

Bradley's body has not been found.
