Tropical Storm Hanna changes football game schedules

Several high school football games planned for Friday have now been changed to Thursday. School officials say the games were changed because of expected rainfall from Hanna on Friday.

Here is a list of the Thursday night games:

North Augusta High School at South Aiken High School 7:30 p.m.
Lincoln County High School at McCormick County High School 7 p.m.
Burke County High School at Ware County High School 7 p.m.
Landmark Christian High School at Warren County High School 7:30 p.m.
Thomson High School at Washington-Wilkes High School 7 p.m.
Silver Bluff High School at Aiken High School 7:30 p.m.
Piedmont Academy at Briarwood Academy 7:30 p.m.

They may have jumped the gun in moving these games. But, by all means, let's have Friday Night football.
