2nd man arrested in deadly beating of Iraq war veteran
GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - A second man has been arrested in the Jail records show 30-year-old Robert James Moore of Greenville He is charged with murder in the death of 30-year-old Christopher Duckett. The Marine died Aug. 28 after police say two men attacked him with chairs and a table inside a Greenville Also charged with murder in Duckett's death is 21-year-old Marques Anthony Durant of Greenville. Master Deputy Michael Hildebrand says Moore doesn't have an attorney. A telephone message left for Durant's public defender was Investigators have said the fight was the result of an earlier argument among the three men, who knew each other.
